All incidents appear to have happened during daylight hours.  Most happened at the beginning or end of the month.  The majority happened in the northeast quadrant of Lake Sarasota.  This pattern also appeared in the previous two months.  We probably should concentrate our patrols in the beginning and end of the month, during late morning or early afternoon. Please post in Blog Spot.
