I live near Middlesex-Java. It seems that someone who lives near Mauna Loa-Middlesex got the county to lower the speed limit from 30 to 25 mph. That doesn't seem to be enough. Now they want stop signs at streets that do not cross each other. [they are T intersections]I don't get it. There has not been any accidents/injuries at those locations. What's the purpose?
