Park Clean-Up: Day 2

The clean-up continued with attention to piles of deadwood, weeds and dead vines and branches. We noticed at least two invasive species in various places in the park. The first, Dioscorea bulbifera, is commonly known as the air potato. You can read about it here, and see images of how it can "engulf" healthy trees. The second invasive is the well known Brazilian Pepper.
