Ted's Observations:
The number of incidents is up (15) compared to previous months.  Sunday and Monday are the days when an incident is most likely to occur.  Most incidents occur in the morning hours, between sunup and noon.  Most incidents happened to properties in the eastern half of Lake Sarasota.
